Item A-kinazolin, a-imino oksimlerin ve bazı metal komplekslerinin elde edilmeleri; yapılarının ve özelliklerinin açıklanması(Uludağ Üniversitesi, 2010) Mutlu, Hasene; İrez, Gazi; Uludağ Üniversitesi/Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü/Kimya Anabilim Dalı.Bu çalışmada 2-aminobenzilaminin bazı ?-karbonil oksimlerle etanol ortamında tepkimesinden yeni yedi ligant ve bu ligantlardan dördünün Co(III), Ni(II) ve Cu(II) kompleksleri sentezlendi. Elde edilen ligantlar,2-fenil-1,2,3,4-tetrahidrokinazolin-2-karbaldehit oksim (H2L1),(1E,2E)-{[2-(aminometil)fenil]imino}(fenil)etanal oksim monohidrat (H2L2.H2O),2-tiyofen-2-il-1,2,3,4-tetrahidrokinazolin-2-karbaldehit oksim (H2L4),(1E,2Z)-{[2-(aminometil)fenil]imino}(tiyofen-2-il)etanal oksim (H2L5),2-tiyofen-2-il-1,1',2,2',3,3',4,4'-oktahidro-2,2'-bikinazolin (H2L6),2-furan-2-il-1,2,3,4-tetrahidrokinazolin-2-karbaldehit oksim (H2L7) ve2-furan-2-il-1,1',2,2',3,3',4,4'-oktahidro-2,2'-bikinazolin (H2L9)ve metal kompleksleri,[Co(L1')(HL1')] (2), [Cu2Cl2(H2L1')2](ClO4)2 (3),[Ni(HL1'')(H2O)2]Cl.C4H8O2.2H2O (4), [Cu(H2L1'')(H2O)2]Cl2.H2O (5),Ni(HL2)(ClO4).C2H5OH (6), [Cu2Cl2(H2L2)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2 (7),[CoCl(ClO4)(H2L1'')]ClO4 (8), [Co(L4')(HL4')] (9),[Ni(H2L4'')(H2O)2]Cl2.2H2O (10), [CuCl(H2L4'')]Cl.2H2O (11),[Ni(HL5)(H2L5)]ClO4.C2H5OH.H2O (12), [Cu2(HL5)2](ClO4)2 (13) ve[Co(HL4'')(OH)(H2O)]ClO4 (14)'tır.Bu komplekslere ilaveten sadece H2L1 ligantının [Fe(HL1')2].H2O (1) kompleksi ve H2L7 ligantının [Co(HL7')2]Cl (15) kompleksi elde edildi.Sentezlenen ligantların yapıları elementel analiz, termik analiz, FT-IR, UV-visible, LC-MS ve NMR yöntemleriyle, komplekslerin ise bu yöntemlere ilaveten iletkenlik, magnetik moment ölçümleri, AAS ve ICP-OES ile aydınlatıldı.Ayrıca H2L1 ve H2L4 ligantları ile [Co(L1')(HL1')] (2), [Cu(H2L1'')(H2O)2]Cl2.H2O (5) ve [Co(L4')(HL4')] (9) komplekslerinin biyolojik aktiviteleri araştırıldı.Item Bazı geçiş elementlerinin azotun verici olduğu ligandlar ile oluşturduğu komplekslerin incelenmesi(Uludağ Üniversitesi, 2003-05-08) Mutlu, Hasene; Aydın, Rahmiye; Uludağ Üniversitesi/Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü/Kimya Anabilim Dalı.Bu çalışmada tetraazasikloalkanlardan olan 1,4,7,10-tetraazasiklododekan (cyclen, [12]aneN4) ve 1,4,8,1 1-tetraazasiklotetradekanın (cyclam, [14]aneN4) protonlanma sabitleri ve bu ligandlar ile bakır(II) ve nikel(II) iyonlarının oluşturduğu ML2+ türü koordinasyon iyonlannın kararlılık sabitleri, 0.1M KC1 iyonik ortamında farklı sıcaklıklarda (25, 35 ve 45±0,1C) potansiyometrik yöntem ile belirlendi ve literatür değerleri ile karşılaştırıldı. Ayrıca spektroskopik yöntem ile oluşan koordinasyon iyonlannın stökiyometrileri ve kararlılık sabitleri 0.1M KC1 iyonik ortamında ve üç farklı sıcaklıkta (25, 35 ve 45±0,1C) belirlendi. Farklı sıcaklıklarda hesaplanan termodinamik kararlılık sabiti değerlerinin l/T' e karşı grafiğinin doğrusal olduğu belirlendi; bu doğrunun eğiminden entalpi değişimi (AH0) ve metal ligand sistemlerinin serbest enerji değişimi (AG°) ve entropi değişimi (AS0) değerleri hesaplandı.Item A new cyclic ligand and complexes of its open-chain tautomer with Co(III) and Ni(II) ions: Synthesis, characterization and thermal properties(Taylor and Francis, 2013-10-21) Şirikçi, Gökhan; Mutlu, Hasene; İrez, Gazi; Uludağ Üniversitesi/Fen-Edebiyat Fakültesi/Kimya Anabilim Dalı.; 0000-0002-0026-7755; 0000-0003-3690-7002; AAH-2888-2021; 55758600500; 57212275330; 6602755323A new ligand, 2(ptolyl)1,2,3,4tetrahydroquinazoline2 carbaldehyde oxime, was synthesized from a condensation reaction of oxoptolylacetaldehyde oxime with 2aminobenzyl- amine and then amineimineoxime complexes of this compound that formed with Co(III) and Ni(II) ions were obtained. All structures were characterized by spectral methods, elemental analysis, magnetic susceptibility, molar conductivity, and thermal analyses. The results that were obtained show that the cyclic ligand, HL, undergoes a ringopening reaction upon complexation with metal ions. Acetophenone was used as a starting material to synthesize isonitrosoacetophenone by reaction of acetophenone with n-butyl nitrite in the presence of sodium ethoxide and to synthesize 1-phenylethanol amine by reduction of isonitrosoacetophenone with LiAlH4 in diethyl ether. When the isonitrosoacetophenone reacted with 1-phenylethanol amine, (3E)-3-aza-5-(hydroxyimino)1,4-diphenylpent-3-en-1-ol monohydrate, a new oximino alcohol ligand and amido alcohol were obtained as associated product interestingly. Four complexes were prepared by treatment of oximino alcohol with metal salts such as Cu-II, Ni-II, Zn-II, and Co-II. Amido alcohol was characterized by single-crystal x-ray diffraction, and all complexes were characterized by using spectroscopic techniques and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA).Item Potentiometric and spectroscopic studies on nickel(II) 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane complexation and thermodynamic aspects(Asian Journal of Chemistry, 2007-01) Mutlu, Hasene; Aydın, Rahmiye; Özer, Ulviye Yücelik; Uludağ Üniversitesi/Fen Edebiyat Fakültesi/Kimya Bölümü.; 0000-0002-0026-7755; AAH-2888-2021; AAH-8936-2021; 57212275330; 56261495600; 6601993613The complex formation equilibria of nickel(II) with 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane (cyclam, L) were investigated in 0.1 mol L-1 ionic strength medium, by KCl at three different temperatures (25 degrees, 35 degrees and 45 degrees C). In this research, potentiometric and spectroscopic titrations were applied that were not performed before in cited studies. The protonation constants of H2L2+ and HL type ions of cyclen were defined; they were in good agreement with other works. The formation constant of NiH2L4+ type complex was determined and thus its occurrence in lower pH range was proved that had not taken place in other Ni(II)-cyclam studies. In higher pH range the existence of NiL2+ type complex was identified and its formation constant was defined. It was noticed that the stabilities of either NiH2L4+ and NiL2+ complexes decrease with temperature. By means of speciation diagram the existences of NiH2L4+ and NiL2+ complexes were also verified. The overall changes in thermodynamic parameters (Delta H, Delta S and Delta G) associated with NiL2+ complex formation equilibrium were evaluated graphically.Item Syntheses and characterizations of a novel 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinazoline and a Co(III) complex(Taylor & Francis, 2012) Çolak, Alper Tolga; Yılmaz, Filiz; Mutlu, Hasene; İrez, Gazi; Uludağ Üniversitesi/Fen-Edebiyat Fakültesi/Kimya Bölümü.; 0000-0002-0026-7755; AAH-2888-2021; 57212275330; 6602755323The 2-furan-2-yl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinazoline-2-carbaldehyde oxime (HL) and complex of tridentate ligand containing oxime, imine, and amine donors resulting from reactions with cobalt(II) salt have been synthesized and characterized by spectral methods (FT-IR, NMR, UV-Vis, mass), elemental analysis, magnetic susceptibility, molar conductivity, and thermal analysis (TG, DTA) techniques. The molecular structure of HL was elucidated from single-crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray crystallographic analysis shows that the molecule crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c. In the complex, chloride was not coordinated as confirmed by conductivity measurements. The metal is coordinated to the oxime, imine, and amine nitrogen atoms and decomposes with loss of the organic ligand and halogen to leave metal oxide. The ligand was characterized by using IR, H-1 NMR, C-13 NMR, UV-vis spectra, elemental analysis, thermal analysis and mass spectroscopy. Ni(II), Cu(II), Co(III) and Zn(II) complexes of this ligand were synthesized and their structures were identified using AAS, IR. electronic spectra, thermal analysis. mass spectroscopy, elemental analyses, conductance and magnetic moment measurements. In the process of obtaining Co(III) complex, when the cobalt(II) chloride solution was added into the alcoholic solution of the ligand gave orange colored complex by air oxidation and this complex was seen polymeric and diamagnetic in nature.
