Item İnek kolostrumunun sıçanlarda kimi cinsel etkinlikler üzerine etkisi(Uludağ Üniversitesi, 1987) Özer, Aytekin; Gökçen, Hazım; Sırmalı, Şahin; Özgür, Lütfi; Uludağ Üniversitesi/Veteriner Fakültesi.; Uludağ Üniversitesi/Tıp Fakültesi. In this study the effect of colostrum on the spermatogenesis of infertile rats was investigated. Each of the rats in the experimental group was injected with 0.5 ml of colostrum subcutaneously. Controls were injected with 0.5 ml of physiological saline by same route. On the 6 th day following injections rat in both experimental and control groups were sacrificed. Histological examination of testicles reveo/ed an increase of spermatogenic series of cells in tubular of testicles of the rat injected with colostrum. Spermatogenic series of cells were not detected in tubular of testicles of rats in control group.Item İnek kolostrumunun sıçanlarda kimi cinsel etkinlikler üzerine etkisi(Uludağ Üniversitesi, 1987) Gökçen, Hazım; Özer, Aytekin; Sırmalı, Şahin; Özgür, Lütfi; Uludağ Üniversitesi/Veteriner Fakültesi.; Uludağ Üniversitesi/Tıp Fakültesi.Synchronisation of oestrus, follicular development of an ouarium of fertile rats injected with cow colostrum was investigated and the ability of rats under treatment to become pregnant when they were pluto leather with male rats was studied. Rats in the experimental group were injected daily with 0.2 ml. colostrunı for fiuc days. Rats in the control group received 0.2 ml. of physiological saline only . The macrophages are the most common cells seenin the normal cow milk. The earliest sign of increase in the number of inflammatory cells is noted in the amount of PMNL, in the milk obtained from acutely infected cows. However the number of all the three types of cells are increasing with the time elapsed from infection. There are several factors inhibiting the phagocytic activity of PMNL. These factors characterized the increase in the level of Lipid-Casein in the mi/k, and decreased opsonization potential due to immunoglobulin deficiency.
