    Ramlıç dişi toklularda yapağı verimi ve yapağı özellikleri ile glutatyon düzeyleri arasındaki ilişki

    The aim of this study was to determine, whether any relationships or not between the levels of Glutathione (GSH) and fleece yield characteristics of yearling females which they have 65 percent Rambouillet and 35 percent Dağlıç, Turkish native sheep, genotype. The GSH levels of blood samples, received from 74 Ramlıç yearling females, were analysed by meanıı of spectrophotometric technique. The average low and high concentration levels in Ramlıç yearling females were found a1 3 7.80 and 67.26 mg per 100 ml. red cells respectively. The respective values calculated from samples of yearlings, have low high glutathione levels, were 3.63 and 3. 76 kg for flence weights, 8.49 and 8.65 cm for staple length, 20.32 and 20.24 micron for fiber diameter. lt was found no any statically significant difference between the levels of GSH and fleece production character studied.
