Item 17 Ağustos İzmit ve 12 Kasım Düzce depremlerinde ortaya çıkan yapısal ve çevresel hasarların değerlendirilmesi(Uludağ Üniversitesi, 2000) Taş, Murat; Taş, Nilüfer; Payan, Fatma; Elmacı, Ayşe; Mühendislik Mimarlık Fakültesi; Çevre Mühendisliği BölümüIn this study, lt had been discussed effects of earthquakes of The August 17, Izmit and The November 12. Duzce called disaster of this century. Wilhin the century, badly urbanization and its reasons had been touched. Besides, it had been expresself that we must have the disaster management system to be applied in state of disaster, otherwise hazard of disasters can be bed to the biggest problems.Item 17 Ağustos Kocaeli depremi ile ilgili teknik gezi gözlem raporu(Uludağ Üniversitesi, 2000) Akıncıtürk, Nilüfer; Taş, Murat; Taş, Nilüfer; Mühendislik Mimarlık Fakültesi; Mimarlık BölümüIn this study,in order to learn necessary results from earthquake which is called disaster of this century and which affected all the country, determines about technical travel done by a group of teaching staff the Uludağ University Engineering and Architecture Faculty were defined.Item Afet sonrası geçici konut üretimi(Uludağ Üniversitesi, 2000) Taş, Nilüfer; Mühendislik Mimarlık Fakültesi; Mimarlık BölümüAfter disaster the main aim is to return back to normal life in the short time. ln this study, how stages demand of housing during the post earthquake is being supplied, specially rehabilitations stage that forms an important passing stage between emergency stage and reconstruction stage, that housing is being supplied in this stage had been emphasized. What the goal system should be had been determined that housing in the rehabilitation stage which is carried an important responsibility in view of economic specially for the developing countries..Item Choosing resistant material and building systems for hospitals in areas of high earthquake risk(Uludağ Üniversitesi, 2000) Akıncıtürk, Nilüfer; Mühendislik Mimarlık Fakültesi; Mimarlık BölümüConsidering the great number of settlements in earthquake zones on earth, architects and civil engineering have to coordinate and carry out detailed studies in order to solve the problem of earthquakes, starting from macro scale and further examining on the micro scale of a single building. Taday. The population growth, industrialization and technical developments are inevitable parts of life and therefore the problems of migration, urbanization, opening new areas for settlements have to be solved in detailed geological studies. During the process of planning "the ways to find the best material" should be considered. The type, the place and location of the construction should be determined by a coordinated organization. An optimum and rational building type should be applied, and all these should be taught during the vocational training.Item Deprem nedeniyle oluşan yapı hasarlarında, yapıların sağlamlaştırılmasında; Mimarın yeri ve görevlerinin incelenmesi(Uludağ Üniversitesi, 2000) Akıncıtürk, Nilüfer; Mühendislik Mimarlık Fakültesi; Mimarlık BölümüAccording to the emphaize of experts , earthquake is extremely complicated natural event which has many unknown points. The earthquake property in our country , which may cause life and good loses , isa dramatic truth which is obviously known. This natural disaster , causing sudden and big changes in the natural environment, is one of the most important problems of the architect who studies together with other technic experts in the construction of buildings which are components of artificial environment , planning and construction process.During design stage , earthquake resistance rules are not sufficiently put into practise , that dialogue of architect and engineer is not sufficiently put into practise since preliminary design stage , mistakes in choosing and using of material , in sufficient labour . lack of control , construction conditions may be determined as problems in the workplace of architects in the building damages which appears to be caused during earthquakes. To research active and passive control systems in the earthquake resistant design and to supply usage of technological opportunity are necessary. Architect is the person who should be researcher , reformasi and comprehensive and should collaborate with engineers who are taking over role in the construction process. Architect is also a person who has necessary and sufficient information about repair and tightening for damages which appear because of earthquakes. Earthquake resistant building consciousness about design , material and construction have to be one of the most basic principles of architectural education and its practise.Item Deprem sonucu çıkabilecek yangınların oluşturacakları klasik hava kirleticilerin seviyeleri ve etkileri(Uludağ Üniversitesi, 2000) Taşdemir, Yücel; Mühendislik Mimarlık Fakültesi; Çevre Mühendisliği BölümüFires can be occurred by many reasons. One of the reasons might be earthquakes Just after the earthquake possible fires in these regions may continue longer and may be more effective due to the panic situation of the people and cut or damage on some of the basic services ( water electricity telephone) During the combustion of fuels originated from residential materials.Item Deprem ve mühendisliği(Uludağ Üniversitesi, 2000) Kılıç, Muhsin; Mühendislik Mimarlık Fakültesi; Makine Mühendisliği BölümüThousands of life and propeny have been unfortunately lost by the latest canlıquake in Turkey. In order to prevent the same things that could happen again, the current responsibilities of the architectures and the engineers have to be improved. In addition to this, the control mechanism of the building sector has to be reorganized. For this purpose is that, the present work together with some constructive comments has been undertakenItem Depreme dayanıklı yapı tasarımında mimari planlamanın önemi(Uludağ Üniversitesi, 2000) Taş, Murat; Mühendislik Mimarlık Fakültesi; Mimarlık BölümüIn this study, after we survived last eartlıquakes, lt had been explained that architectural design is very important in the process of building production. lt had bee aimed that architect as businessman, architectural student who will be architects of future, the other technical employers who are studying about building production and of course user have information about this issue. In additio, in this study, by based on observations after earthquakes of The August 17 İzmıt and The November 12 Duzce had been studied to being explained basic point of Principles of Architectural Design on The Earthquake Resistant Building Production.Item Tehlikeli hava kirleticilerin (THK' lerin) emisyon ve sızmalarının çevresel, etkileri ve yasal düzenlemeler(Uludağ Üniversitesi, 2000) Taşdemir, Yücel; Mühendislik Mimarlık Fakültesi; Çevre Mühendisliği BölümüHazardous air pollutants (HAPs), which are originated from various industrial activities, cause threats to human health even at small concentrations. These contanıinants have different origins. HAPs can be transporteur in the atmosphere depending on their characteristics and atmospheric conditions. Therefore. the receptors even living far away from the source can also be affected from an uncontrolled cmission. In this study. information related to HAPs will be given and their effects and related legal regulations will he sunımarizcd. Then. Kocaeli-Sakarya earthquake will be briefly discussed.Item Yapıların deprem hasarlarında; zemin-yapı-temel ilişkisi, yapım sürecinde, uygulama ve malzemeye yönelik sorunlar(Uludağ Üniversitesi, 2000) Akıncıtürk, Nilüfer; Mühendislik Mimarlık Fakültesi; Mimarlık BölümüEarthquake may be qualified as a natural disaster causing ruins concluded with loss of property and life. While basic changes canceming natural environment is taking form , it is an inevitable event that artificial environment is directly affected. The important thing is that our buildings has not examine a process ending with destroy through this inflation process and is that our buildings has been built suitable to this vertical and horizontal effects which appears suddenly. Changes which appear as result of faults , breaks out and collapses on the surface may be also observed as growing wave of earthquake and liquefiable distribution and connected with ground of building type , load and construction system must arrive good ground layer.
