In Turkey, as well as in many other countries, German is mostly learned as a second foreign language (tertiary language) after English. In the field of adult education the German language is taught frequently for professional purposes. This paper presents and justifies a concept of a German language course as a tertiary language for hotel receptionists. While assessing this concept, learners perspective on the conducted course, evaluated in the form of survey will be also taken into consideration.en_US
