Abstract

Göz vücudun penceresidir ve birçok sistemik hastalığın ilk bulgusu veya sonuçları göz muayenesinde karşımıza çıkabilir. Hormonlardaki fizyolojik değişiklikler, başka nedenle kullanılan hormon tedavileri ve endokrin hastalıklar gözde bazı değişikliklere neden olur. Bu yazıda göz ve endokrin sistem arasındaki bu etkileşim özetlenecektir.The eye is the window of the body and the initial finding or consequences of a systemic disease may first appear during an eye examination. The physiological changes in the hormones, hormone therapy for various reasons, and endocrine diseases cause some alterations in the eye. The interaction between the eye and the endocrine system will be summarized in this paper.
