dc.description.abstract	Ayçiçeğinde fertilite restorasyonun halıtımını araştırmak için iki restorer hat (Sf521/76 ve Sf505/76) ve bir sitoplazmik male steril (CMS) hat (Baso) kullanılmıştır. Restorer hatlar ve CMS hattı arasındaki melezlerin F2 ve BC1 generasyonlan 1983 yılında Bursa 'da yetiştirilmiştir. F2 ve BC1 generasyonlarında gözlenen male fertil bitkilerin male steril bitkilere oranı 3:1 ve 1:1 şeklinde olmuştur. Bu sonuçlar incelenen materyalde fertilite restorasyonun dominant etkili tek bir gen çifti tarafından idare edildiğini göstermiştir.
dc.description.abstract	In order to study the inheritance of fertility restoration in sunflower, two restorer lines (Sf521/76 and Sf505/76) and a cytoplasmic male steril (CMS) line (Baso) were used. The F2 and BC1 generations of crosses made between CMS line and restorer lines were grown in Bursa in 1983. Segregation ratios of male fertile plants to male sterile plants in the F2 and BC1 generations of these crosses were 3:1 and 1:1, respectively. These results showed that the fertility restoration in this material was controlled by a single dominant gene .
