Anneden bebeğe tüberkülin immünitesinin geçişi

Abstract

Daha önce yapılan araştırmalarda tüberkülin immünitesinin transplasental olarak bazı olgularda geçebileceği belirtilmiş ve bu olayın lenfosit blastogenesis yöntemi ile tespit edilebileceği bildirilmişti. Bu konuda PPD nin yeri hakkında geniş kapsamlı herhangi bir çalışmaya rastlanmadı. Yaptığımız bu çalışmada Uludağ Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Kliniğinde doğan 93 sağlıklı bebekte tüberkülin immünite sınırı anneden bebeğe geçişinin PPD ile incelenmesi amaçlandı. Çalışma sonucunda bu geçişin PPD ile gösterilemeyeceği kanısına varıldı.

Previous studies showed that tuberculin immunity could be transferred from mother to infant transplacentally arıd this could be proved by lymplıocyte blastogenesis. We could not find an extensive study about the role of tuberculin skin test on this subject. Our study includes 93 healthy babies who were born at the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Medical Faculty of Uludag University. The aim of this study is to investigate if the tuberculin skin test could demonstrate the transfer of tuberculin immunity. Our data suggested that the transfer of tuberculin immunity could not be demonstrated by tuberculin skin tests.
