Abstract
Bu çalışmada mikrodalga destekli boyama işlemi, pamuklu örme kumaşların renk, yıkama, sürtme haslıkları ve patlama mukavemeti üzerindeki etkilerini değerlendirmek amacıyla uygulanmıştır. Yapılan analizler, K/S değerlerinin mikrodalga güç seviyeleri ve boyama süreleri ile değiştiğini göstermiştir. Yüksek güç seviyesinde gerçekleştirilen boyamaların renk mukavemetinin orta güç seviyesine göre daha yüksek olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Özellikle, 15 dakika boyama süresinde maksimum K/S değerine ulaşıldığı belirlenmiştir. Yıkama ve sürtme haslıklarının 4-5 civarında yüksek değerlerde olduğu saptanmıştır. Mikrodalga destekli boyama işleminin, numunelerin mukavemet değerlerine olumsuz bir etkisi olmadığı ve liflere zarar vermediği görülmüştür. Bu çalışma, mikrodalga destekli boyama yönteminin tekstil boyamacılığındaki potansiyelini vurgulamaktadır. Yüksek renk mukavemeti, kısa süreli boyama süreleri ve enerji tasarrufu avantajlarıyla, mikrodalga destekli boyama, tekstil endüstrisinde sürdürülebilir ve verimli bir seçenek olarak öne çıkmaktadır.
In this study, the microwave-assisted dyeing process was employed to assess the impact of cotton knitted fabrics on color, washing, rubbing fastness, and bursting strength. Analyses revealed variations in K/S values based on microwave power levels and dyeing times. Notably, the color strength of dyeings conducted at a high power level exceeded that of medium power levels. Specifically, the study determined that the maximum K/S value was achieved within a 15-minute dyeing time. Washing and rubbing fastnesses were consistently found to be at high values, typically ranging between 4-5. Importantly, the microwave-assisted dyeing process demonstrated no adverse effects on the strength values of the samples and did not cause damage to the fibers. This study underscores the potential of the microwave-assisted dyeing method in textile dyeing. With its notable attributes such as high color strength, short dyeing times, and energy-saving advantages, microwave-assisted dyeing emerges as a sustainable and efficient option in the textile industry.
