Abstract

Bir akut puerperal uterus inversiyonu vakası sunulmuştur. Bu vaka nedeniyle literatür gözden geçirilmiş, olup nedenleri ve teşhis yöntemleri açıklanmıştır. Birden ve nadir olarak ortaya çıktığında ne şekilde davranılması gerektiği açıklanmış ve oluş nedenlerini azaltma yöntemlerinden bahsedilmiştir.

A case of an puerperal inversion of the uterus has been presented. The literatüre related to this, has been reviewed and the etiology and the methods of diagnosis of the entity have been explained. How to manage it at the time of its sudden and rare occurance has been explained and the attempts of therapy have been presented and the methods of the reducing causes of it have been expressed.
