Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Bölümlerine öğrenci seçme ve sınav yöntemlerinin değerlendirilmesi

Abstract
Çalışmanın amacı, beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni yetiştiren bölümlerin yetenek sınavlarına giren öğrencilerin, sportif beceri düzeylerini ve bu sınavlarda uygulanan sınav yönteminin öğrenciler tarafından nasıl algılandığını belirleyerek, sınav sonucunda elde edebilecekleri başarıyı tahmin etme durumlarını saptamaktır. Tarama modelinde gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmada kullanılan anket soruları uzman görüşleri alınarak düzeltilmiş, güvenirlilik için bir grup öğrenciye ön uygulama yaptırılarak son şekli verilmiştir. Sınava başvuran adayların yaptıkları spor branşları, lisans düzeyleri ve yetenek sınavlarıyla ilgili düşünceleri alınmış, ayrıca sınav sonucunda elde edebilecekleri başarıyı tahmin etme durumları belirlenmiştir. Araştırmaya, Bursa Uludağ Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Bölümü (UÜEFBESB) yetenek sınavlarına başvuran 28 bayan, 122 erkek olmak üzere toplam 150 öğrenci katılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler tablo ve grafiklerle açıklandıktan sonra sayısal ve yüzde oranlarıyla değerlendirilmiştir. Sınavda adayların alacağı puan ve girebilecekleri sıralama aralığını tahmin etme, cinsiyet açısından araştırılmış, istatistik değerlendirmede de İki Gözlü Ki-Kare Testi uygulanmıştır. Sınava baş vuran adayların % 58’inin lisanslı sporcu olduğu bulunmuştur. Araştırmaya katılan adayların branşlara göre en çok lisanslı öğrenci oranı kızlarda % 39 ile voleybol, erkeklerde % 42 ile futbol branşı olduğu belirlenmiştir. Adaylar, % 85 ile sınav yöntemini uygun bulup, sınavda uygulanan yetenek testlerine olumlu yanıt vermişlerdir (kızlar % 60, erkekler % 80). Buna karşın adaylar yalnızca ÖSS sınav sonucuna bakılarak öğrenci alınması düşüncesine % 76 oranında karşı çıkmışlardır. Adaylara sınavda alabilecekleri puan aralığını ve sınavı kazanma aralığını tahmin etme soruları sorulmuş ve alınan sonuçlar bayan erkek açısından karşılaştırılmıştır. Her iki tahminde de aralarında istatistik anlamda fark olmadığı belirlenmiştir (P>0,05).
The aim of the study is to determine the level of athletic ability of the students who educate the physical education and sports teachers and enter the ability examination of the department of physical education and sports, to have information about the applied exam method and through determining how the students percieve the exam to decide the prediction level of the exam results. Data was gathered regarding scanning model with a questionnaire developed by the researchers and according to the experts’ opinions and a group of students have been included in pre-implementation for the final revision. The opinions of the applicants about the sports branches, degree levels and ability examinations have been taken, in addition to this the prediction level of the exam results have been determined. 150 students 28 of whom are women and 122 of whom are men who applied for the ability exams of the Uludağ University teachers college of the department of the physical education and sports have participated in the study. Gathered data was assessed statistically and by percentages after the explanation of them by diagrams. The prediction of the point that could be taken from the exam and ranking range has been searched in terms of gender and in the statistical assessment the two chi-square test has been applied. The result revealed that 58% of the applicants were licensed sportsmen. It has been determined that the greatest ratio of the licensed sportsmen according to the branches was 39% for women in volleyball and 42% for men in football. The %85 of the applicants have found the exam method efficient and responded the ability tests that have been applied in the exam in a positive manner (female sportsmen %60, male sportsmen %80). On the other hand %76 of the applicants have been opposed to the idea to take the students according to their student selection examination (ÖSS) results. The prediction of point range and the prediction of examination passing range have been asked to the applicants and the results have been compared in terms of women and men. It has been decided that in both prediction there has been no difference statistically. (P>0,05)
