Yerel steroidlerin deri kalınlığı ve bazı sistemik parametreler üzerindeki etkileri

Abstract

Yaygın psoriasis vulgarisli hastalara güçlü fluorlu steroidli merhem sürülerek ne gibi yan etkilere neden olabileceği araştırıldı. Tedaviden önce ve tedavinin 1., 3., 5. ve 21 . günü alınan kan örneklerinde insulin, açlık kan şekeri, kortizol düzeyleri, lökosit, mutlak lenfosit ve mutlak nötrofil değerleri incelendi. Çalışmamızda herhangi bir yan etki saptanamadı . Tedavi amacıyla kullanılan fluorlu steroidli merhem sağlam deride herhangi bir yan etkiye neden olmadığı, ancak psoriasis plaklarında , plakların iyileşmesine bağlı olarak anlamlı bir atrofiye neden olduğu gözlendi.We have treated the patients who are diagnosed as generalized psoriasis vulgaris with topical steroids fluorinated steroids) and searched for the side effects of this treatment.
