Abstract
Araştırma üreme döneminde olan 30 adet erkek, 21 adet dişi 3 yaşlı anaç alabalık üzerinde yürütüldü. Erkek ve dişi alabalıklar bir kontrol iki deneme olmak üzere üç gruba ayrıldı. Deneme gruplarındaki alabalıkların yemlerine 100 ve 150 mg/kg düzeyinde E vitamini ilave edildi. Yetmiş gün süreyle bu şekilde beslenen balıklardan solungaç venasından kan 6rnekleri alındı. Alınan kan örnekleri hematokrit (PCV), hemoglobin (Hb), alyuvar (RBC), glutatyon (GSH), glikoz ve total protein değerleri yönünden incelendi. Dişilerde deneme gruplarındaki glikoz değerleri sırasıyla 170. 71:1:20.24, 170.00:t10.0 mg/di olarak kontrol grubuna göre (1 14.2:t6. 77 mg/dl) P<0.05 düzeyinde yüksek bulundu. Erkeklerde ise deneme II grubundaki glutatyon değeri (90.89:t3.31 mg/dl alyuvar), kontrol grubuna göre (1 24.11:t5.99 mg/dl) P<0.01 düzeyinde düşük, hemoglobin değeri II. deneme grubunda (9.37 g/100 ml) diğer gruplara göre (12.95:i.0.99, 13.15:i.0.9g/100ml) P<0.01 düzeyinde düşük bulundu.
This study was carried out on thirty male and twenty one female (3 years old) parent rainbow trouts. Male and female rainbow trouts were divided into 3 groups; control, treatment I, ll. Treatment I and Ii groups animals were fed with rations added 100, 150 mg/kg Vitamin E respectively. At the end of the experiments (70th day) blood samples were collected from gil veins. Blood samples were examined for haematocrit (PCV), haemoglobin (Hb), red blood cell (RBC), glutathione (GSH), glucose and total protein values. Mean glucose values of treatment I, and ll group animals (fe ma/e) 170. 71 r20. 24, 170r1 O. O mg/dl, were found to be statistically higher (P<0.05) than that of control group values: 114.2I6. 77 mg. In the experimental group II (male) glutathione !evels (90.89r 3.31 mg/dl) were lower than that of control group values (J 24.11 r 5. 99 mg/d/) P<0. 01: haemoglobin values were also found to be tower (9. 3 7 g/100 ml) than that of other groups (1 2.95:t0. 99, 13.151.0.9 g/100 ml) P<0.01.
