Terapötik abortus olgularinda üç tedavi yönteminin karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Missed abortion, in-utero mort fetal ve medikal abortus tan oluşan 108 olguluk bir grubun 25 inde ekstraamniotik Rivanol perfüzyonu, 60'ında ekstra-amniotik serum fizyolojik (SF) instilasyonu ve 23'ünde ise traksiyonlu SF instilasyonu ile tedavi gerçekleştirildi. SF + traksiyon grubunda 6 saat 10 dakikada tedavi sonuçlanmasına karşın, bu süre, Rivanol grubunda 15 saat 55 dakika, SF grubunda ise 12 saat 40 dakikadır. Diğer taraftan SF + traksiyon grubunda yan etki ve komplikasyonların daha az oluşu bu yöntemin değerini arttırmaktadır.In a group of 108 cases of missed abortion, death in utero, and medical abortion, therapeutic abortus was accomplished by extra-amniotic Riuanolperfusion in 25, extra-amniotic saline inatillation in 60 and extra-amniotic saline inatillation with iraction in 23 cases. Treatment was completed in 6 hrs 10 min. in the saline with traction group compared to 15 hrs 55 min. in. the Rivanol group and 12 hrs 40 min. in. the saline group. On the other hand, the wine with traction method becomes more valuable because it has less complications and side effects.
