Orta öğrenim gençliğinin yükseköğrenime geçişte karşılaştığı sorunlar

Abstract

Bu makalede; ortaöğretim gençliğinin yükseköğretime geçişte karşılaştığı sorunlardan genellikle tartışmalarda ele alınmayan kişi üzerinde durulacaktır. Bunlardan birincisi; öğrencinin okuduğu ve dinlediğini anlayabilmesi ve bildiğini rahatlıkla açıklayabilmesi için gerekli becerileri ve bunların kazanılma yollarını açıklayan, yükseköğrenim adaylarından beklenen niteliklerdir. İkincisi ise; yönlendirilmesi söz konusu olan ortaöğretim öğrencilerinin tanınması ve toplumda yönlendirileceği alanların belirlenmesi ve bu işlem için gerekli kriterleri ele alarak analiz edilmesini kapsar. Makalede, ayrıca, konu ile ilişkisi açısından lise ve yükseköğretime geçişteki giriş puanları ile yükseköğretimdeki başarı oranları arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmekte, tartışmaların ışığı altında, yükseköğretime geçişte karşılaşılan sorunların çözümüne yol gösterici öneriler getirilmektedir.

This article would be centered on the important problems, which are not handled in the discussions or panels, the young face in the transitional period to the univerıities from lycee schools. The first one these includes; the qualifications expected from the university candidates, explaining the ways to acquire the practice to understand ·what they read and hear and then be able to state whatever all these. And the second one includes the recognition of the Lycee youth whose conditioning iı dominant; and fixing the fields in which they would be guided, and the analysis of the criteria for that process. In the article, besides all these, the relationship between the rates of the university entrance gradeı and the Lycee grading point of the students are analyzed; and the practical purposes resulting from the beneficial results of thoıe discussions are offered for the solution of the problem of the young while being enrolled to the universities.
