Nazofaringeal lenfoid hiperplazılı atlarda lga, lgg ve lgm, total protein ve albumin duzeyleri

Abstract

We investigated the levels of immunglobulines in horses that were healthy and with Nasopharyngeal Lymphoid Hyperplasie and if there were a connection between these levels and the severity degrees of the NLHP. It was used 1-4 aged, 46 of NLHP and 10 of healthy Thoroughbred and Arabian horse in this study. Nasopharyngeal Lymphoid Hyperplasie was diagnosed by endescopy and the severity degrees of the disease were classificated with LHPb LHP2> LHP3> LHP4. It was detected serum lgA, IgG, IgM, total protein and albumin levels from all horses and observed the differences statistically between all groups. There was no difference in serum IgA and IgG levels between the healthy group and the other groups with NLHP. While there was no change in lgM between the healthy and the other groups with NLHP, there was an increase in LHP4 group, statistically p < 0.05. It was not detected the differences statistically between all groups.

Saglıklı ve Nazofaringeal Lenfoid Hiperplazi (NLHP) 'lı atlarda lgA, JgG ve lgM duzeylerini saptayarak, saglıklı atların immunglobulin duzeyleri ile gerek NLHP'Ii atların gerekse değişik şiddetteki NLHP'li atların immunglobulin düzeyleri arasında herhangi bir ilişkinin olup olmadıgı araştırıldı. Bu amaçla 1-4 yaşlarında, 46 NLHP'li ve 10 saglıklı Thoroubred ve Arap ırkı at kullanıldı. Nazofaringeal Lenfoid Hiperplazi tanısı endeskopik yöntem ile konuldu ve hastalıgın şiddet derecesi LHP1 , LHP2> LHP3o LHP4 olarak sınırlandırıldı. Tüm atların serumlannda lgA, IgG ve lgM, total protein ve albumin degerleri saptanarak gruplar arasında istatistiki sapmalar izlendi. IgA ve IgG duzeyleri yoniinden saglıklı ve NLHP'li gruplar arasında istatistiki duzeyde bir fark saptanamadı. Saglıklı ve NLHP'll gruplarda IgM yoniinden bir fark görülmezken, LHP4 grubunda lgM degerinde istatistiki olarak p <0.05 düzeyinde bir artış saptandı. Gruplar arasında total protein ve albumin degerleri yoniinden istatistiki bir farklılık bulunamadı.
