Malaik hydrazid'in lenfosit kültürlerinde insan kromozomları üzerindeki klastojenik etkisinin araştırılması

Abstract
Bu çalışmada bir bitki büyüme regülatörü olan Malaik Hydrazid'in insan kromozomları üzerine klastojenik etkisi araştırıldı. Bu amaçla 2 erkek, 2 kadın 4 sağlıklı kişiden alınan periferik kan lenfosit kültürlerine Malaik Hydrazid 2xl0-4, 2x10-3 ve 2 x 10-2 M konsantrasyonda olacak şekilde ilave edildi. Bir kültürde kontrol olarak alındı. 72 saat sonra elde edilen metafaz figürlerinden standart gimza boyama ve bantlama yöntemi ile kromozomlardaki yapı ve sayı kusurları incelendi. Yapılan sitogenetik ve istatistiki değerlendirme sonucu Malaik Hydrazid'ın insan kromozomlarda yapısal ve sayısal kromozom kusuru meydana getirmediği belirlendi.
In this study, the clastogenic effect of maleic hydrazide, which is a growth regulator used for plants, have been investigated. For this purpose, four blood samples were taken from each of four healthy people of 2 men and 2 women to produce peripheral blood lymphocyte culture samples. Three samples of each group were then diluted with maleic hydrazide to make up total concentrations of 2x10-4 M, 2*10-3 M and 2x10-2 M, and the last samples were kept as were for comparison reasons. Metaphase figures obtained from cultures were examined by standard Giemsa staining and G-banding techniques. As a result of cytogenetic and statistical studies carried out on samples. It has been found that maleic hydrazide had no effect on human chromosomes in fomıing any structure and number chromosome aberration.
