Abstract
Preoperatif kanları toplanan 7'şer hastalık 2 gruptan birinde Rheomacrodex, diğerinde Haemaccel kullanılmış, ameliyat sonunda hastaların kanları kendilerine transfüze edilmiştir. Hemoglobin (Hb), Hematokrit (Htc), Kanama zamanı, Pıhtılaşma zamanı, Prothrombin zamanı, Protrombin aktivitesi; hemodilüsyon öncesi(I), hemodilüsyon dan sonra (Il) ve transfüzyondan sonra (lll ) bakılarak birbiriyle karşılaştırılmıştır. Gerek Rheomacrodex gerekse Haemaccel kullanılan gruplarda Hb, II ve III değerlerinde I' e göre anlamlı düşmeler olmuş, Htc Rheomacrodex grubunda Htc II ve III değerlerinde I'e göre Haemaccel grubunda Il değerinde I'e göre anlamlı düşmeler görülmüştür. Rheomacrodex grubunda diğer parametrelerde anlamı değişme olmamasına karşın, protrombin zamanında Haemaccel grubunda Il değerinde I' e göre anlamlı uzama bulunmuştur.
The purpose of this study was to investigate whether 400-425 ml. of autologous blood, withdrawn 24-48 hours before anesthesia and retransfused at the end of operation, would change some blood values. As haemodilution agents one unit Rheomacrodex and one unit haemaccel was transfused on two groups with 7 patients after the collecting of blood. For hemoglobin, hematocrit, bleeding and coagulation, prothrombin time and activity determinations, blood specimens were taken before (I), after haemodilution (Il), and after relransfıısion (lll). The fall of hemoglobin was significant after haemodilution (II) and retransfusion (lll) on each group. Significant {all in hematocrit level was found after haemodilution (ll) in Haemaccel group, after haemodilution (II) and retransfusion (III) in Rheomacrodex using patients. In the Haemaccel group, prothrombin time was also prolonged significantly.
