Prepartum ve postpartum dönemdeki ineklerde bazı hematolojik, biyokimyasal değişiklikler ve klinik bulgular

Abstract
Prepartum ve postpartum dönemdeki inek/erde meydana gelen biyokimyasal, hematolojik ve klinik değişimleri incelemek için yapılan bu çalışmada 50 adet inek araştınna materyali olarak kullanıldı. Entansif işletmedeki 21 inekten dogumdan 20, 10 gün önce, doğum günü ve doğumdan 10, 20, 30 ve 45 gün sonra kan alındı. Halk elinde dogumdan sonra 10, 20, 30 ve 45. inci günlerde bulunan toplam 29 inekten de kan alındı. Kanda eritrosit, total lökosit ayılan,· hematokrit, hemoglobin, glutatyon ve methemoglobin düzeyleri; plazmada fosfor ve kalsiyum miktarlan ölçüldü. Entansif letmedeki postpartum dönemdeki ineklerde eritrosit, inorganik fosfor (P < 0.05) ve hemoglobin (P < 0.001) miktarlannda azalma ve methemoglobin (P < 0.05) miktannda artış bulundu. Halk elindeki ineklerde doğumdan sonraki tüm dönemlerde inorganik fosfor miktan düşük (3.30 - 4.40 mg/d/) düzeyde saptandı. Aynca, aynı dönemd~ eritrosit, hematokrit (P < 0.001) ve hemoglobin (P < 0.05) düzeylerinde azalma tespit edildi. Yine bu gnıp inek/erde doğumdan sonraki 30 ve 45. inci günlerde 7 adet ineğin anemik olduğu be}irlendi. Sonuç olarak; dengeli beslenen inek/erde yüksek süt verimine bağlı olarak fosfor, eritrosit ve hemoglobin miktarlannda azalma lduğu dikkati çekti. Bursa bölgesinde halk elindeki inek/erde ise subklinik hipofosfatemi ve anemi olaylannın yaygın olduğu gözlendi.
Fifty cows were used as research materials in order to detemine biochemical, hematological and elinical changes in prepartwn and postpartum periods. The blood sarnples were taken from 21 cows in intensive dairy famı on days 20 and 10 before parturition, on the parturltion day, and on days 10, 20, 30 and 45 after parturition. The blood sarnples were also taken from a total of 29 cows, owned by public, found on days 10, 20, 30 and 45 after parturition. Erythrocyte, total leucocyte counts, hematocrit, hemoglobin, glutathion and methemoglobin levels were nıeasured in the blood. Inorganic phosphonıs and calcium amounts were measured in the plasnıa. Decreases in erythrocyte, inorganic pho phonıs (P · < 0.05) and helmoglobin (P < 0.001) anıounts, and increases in methenı lobin level (P < 0.05) were found in cows at postpartum period in intensive dairy famı. Inorganic phosphorns level was detemıined at low level (3.30 - 4.40 mg/dl) at all periods after parturltion in cows owned by public. Furthnıore, decreases in erythrocyte counts and hernatoerit (P < 0.001) and henıoglobin levels (P < 0.05) were found out in the same periods. It was also found out that 7 out of this group cows had anemia at 30 th and 45 tlı days after parturition. Consequently, it has attracted attention that decreases in phosphonıs, erythrocyte and hemoglobin levels of cows fed on well-balanced diet, had been forwed due to their high amounts of milk production. It was observed that subclinic hypophosphatamie and anemia were common in cows owned by public in Bursa region.
