Fibrokistik mastopati tedavisinde bromokriptine ve tiroid hormonunun etkisi

Abstract

Fibrokistik mastopati, selim meme hastalıklarının en sık görülen formudur. Ağrı, memede nodülarite yaygın semptomları dır. Etyolojisi tam olarak bilinmemektedir. Tedavide çeşitli ilaçlar kullanılmaktadır. Her yaşta görülebilirse de en çok menopoz öncesi görülür. Kliniğimizde 50 olgu prospektif olarak incelenmiştir. Grup I Bromocriptine G. II tiroid hormon preparatı ile tedavi edilmiştir. Ortalama yaş 29.5 yıldır. Tedavide her iki ilaçla tedavi edilenlerde yaklaşık sonuçlar elde edilmiştir.

Fibrocystic mastopathy is the most common breast lesion. The most common cause of breast pain and nodularities are fibrocystic mastopathy. Pathophysiology of fibrocystic mastopathy is unknown. Miscellaneous drugs have been used for treatment of fibrocystic mastopathy. It occurs around the menopause but can occur at any age. In this article, fifty patients with fibrocystic mastopathy were selected. The patients were treated with Bromocriptine and thyroid hormone. The mean age was 29.5 years. These studies have shown similar results in the treatment of fibrocystic mastopathy with Bromocriptine and thyroid hormone.
