Otoimmun poliglanduler sendrom (vaka takdimi)

Abstract

U.Ü.T.F. Endokrinoloji seksiyonunda otoimmun poliglandüler sendrom tanısı ile yatarak tetkik ve tedavi edilen 14 yaşında bayan bir olgu nedeni ile literatür incelenmiş ve olgu sunulmuştur.A - 14 - year - old girl, suffered from idiopathic hypoparathyroidism and experienced her first tetanic spasm at the age of seven years and after that time she has noted to have moniliasis affecting his nail beds, alopecia totalis, was evaluated at Uludağ University Medical School Hospital. After completion of endocrinologic studies, a diagnosis of Polyglandular Autoimmune syndrome was made.
