Saanen ırkı keçiler ve kıl keçilerinde eritrosit içi potasyum ve glutatyon tiplerinin karşılaştırılması

Abstract
Çalışmada Balıkesir İli Hayvan Islah ve Yetiştirme Birliği Damızlık Çiftliği'nde bulunan 30 adet Saanen ırkı keçi ile aynı bölgede halk elinde bulunan 30 adet Kıl keçisinin eritrosit içi potasyum ve glutatyon tiplerinin belirlenmesi ve karşılaştırılması amaçlandı. Eritrosit içi potasyum değerleri Saanen keçilerinde 97.60 mEq/l, Kıl keçilerinde 82.52 mEq/l olarak saptandı. 60 mEq/l ve altında olanlar LK (düşük potasyum), bu değerin üzerinde olanlar HK tipli (yüksek potasyum) olarak değerlendirildi. Saanen keçilerinin tümü, Kıl keçilerinin 27 adedi yüksek potasyum tipli olarak belirlendi. Saanen keçilerinin eritrosit içi potasyum konsantrasyonları 72.77 ile 129.96 mEq/l arasında değişti. Düşük potasyum tipli Kıl keçilerinde minimum ve maksimum değerleri sırasıyla 21.99 mEq/I ve 39.64 mEq/l olarak saptandı. Yüksek potasyum tipli Kıl keçilerinde potasyum düzeyleri 64.20 ile 1 1 1.20 mEq/l arasında değişti. Saanen ve Kıl keçilerinin eritrosit içi potasyum değerleri arasında p<0.0 1 düzeyinde önemli fark bulundu. Glutatyon düzeyleri ortalaması Saanen keçilerinde 94.78 mg/100 mi eritrosit, Kıl keçilerinde 29.79 mg/100 mi eritrosit olarak belirlendi. 60 mg/100 mi eritrosit değeri ve altı değerler GSHh (düşük glutatyon), bu değerin üzerinde olanlar ise GSHH (yüksek glutatyon) tipli olarak değerlendirildi. Saanen keçilerinden 27 adedi yüksek glutatyon tipli, 3 adedi ise düşük glutatyon tipli olarak bulunurken, Kıl keçilerinde düşük glutatyon tipli keçi sayısı 28, yüksek glutatyon tipli keçi sayısı ise 2 olarak tespit edildi. Genel olarak glutatyon değerleri karşılaştırıldığında Saanen keçileri ve Kıl keçileri glutatyon değerleri arasında p<0.001 düzeyinde istatistiki öneme sahip fark olduğu gözlendi.
The comparison of erythrocyte potassium and glutathion types in Saanen and Turkish hair goats The aim of this study was to determine and compare potassium levels and glutathione types inside the erythrocyte in 30 Turkish Hair Goats from different commercial forms and in 30 Saanen goats from The Association of Animal Improvement in Balıkesir Province. Potassium levels of the erythrocyte were determined as 97.60 mEq/T in Saanen and 82.52 mEq/I in Turkish Hair goats. The samples mat had the values aqual or below 60 mEq/I were described as LK (low potassium) type, whereas the ones that had the potassium levels over 60 mEq/1 were described as HK (high-potassium) types. Based on this evaluation, all Saanen goats and 27 of Turkish Hair goats were determined as high-potassium type. Potassium levels of the erythrocytes of Saanen goats changed between 72.77 mEq/I and 129.96 mEq/L Potassium levels in the erythrocytes in low-potassium type goats were ranged from 21.99 to 39.64 mEq/I. On the other hand, the erythrocyte potassium levels of the high-potassium type goats were ranged from 64.20 mEq/I to 1 1 1.20 mEq/I. Differences at the potassium levels of the inside erythrocytes between Saanen and Turkish Hair goats were found statistically significant (P<0.01).
