dc.description.abstractBu araştınna, Gemlik Askeri Veteriner Araştırma Enstitüsü Merkez Komutanlıgı'nda yetiştirilen yanmkan ingiliz tayların ön ve art bacaklarında görülen sebebi bilinmeyen bir hastalıgı incelemek amacıyla yapıldı. Hasta taylarda sinovitis ve bleature gözlenmiş olup 4 tanesine tenetomi operasyonu uygulanmıştı. 5 tayın sinovya sıvılan tamamen aseptik şartlarda teknige uygun olarak enjektör ile alındı. Fiziksel ve biyokimyasal analizleri yapıldı. taylı bir biyokimyasal inceleme için de 6 aylık 9 hasta ve 5 adet saglıklı tay araştırma materyali olarak kullanıldı. Vena jugularis'ten alınan kandan serum çıkarılarak analizler gerçekleştirildi.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractThis study has been done to investigate the reasons of the swollen carpal and tarsal joints in crossbreed english foals in Gemlik Military Veterinary Research Institute. Synovial fluids from affected joints were taken by sterile syringe. Phyical and biochemical analysis were perfonned. For a detailed biochmical analysis, blood sanıptes of 6 monthage 9 sicks and 5 healthy fools were collected.en_US
