Okul deneyimi I uygulamasının aday öğretmenlere sağladığı yararlar konusundaki görüşlerin değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Araştırmanın amacı, Okul Deneyimi I uygulamasının öğretmen adayları için hangi konularda ve ne düzeyde yararlı olduğunu tespit etmektir. Araştırma 35 uygulama öğretmeni ile 80 öğretmen adayı üzerinde yapılmıştır. Veriler 32 sorudan oluşan bir anket yoluyla toplanmıştır. Anket yardımıyla elde edilen veriler Statistica programdan yararlanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Uygulama öğretmenlerinin ve aday öğretmenlerin görüşleri arasında fark olup olmadığını belirlemek amacıyla “t testi” yapılmıştır. Grupların görüşleri arasındaki fark .05 anlamlılık düzeyi dikkate alınarak yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda uygulama öğretmenleri ile aday öğretmenlerin okul deneyimi I uygulamasının öğretmen adaylarına sağladığı yararlar konusunda farklı görüşlere sahip oldukları saptanmıştır.

The aim of the research is to determine in what kind of subjects and in what level “School Experiment I” is benefical for teacher candidates. The research was held upon 35 adviser teachers and 80 teacher candidates. Data were collected through a questionnaire consisting of 32 questions. Data provided by the questionnaire were analyzed by the asistance of a program called Statistica. In order to find out whetter there is a difference between the ideas of adviser teachers and teacher candidates, “t test” was applied. The difference between the ideas of the groups was interpreted in accordance with .05 significance level. At the end of the research it was found that adviser teachers and teacher candidates have different ideas about to benefits of “School Experiment I” course for teacher candidates.
