Abstract
Sıçanlarda tiroid bezinin innervasyonu ışık mikroskobu düzeyinde incelendi. Cinsiyete göre herhangi bir histolojik fark bulunmadı. Tiroid bezi loplarının üst uçlarından ve isthmus düzeyinden alınan kesitlerden laryngeus superior ve n. laryngeus recurrens ait ganglionar bulundu. Aksonları demonstre etmek için Bielschowsky ve Holmes'un ürüne yöntemleri kullanıldı. Siyah renkte boyanan akson kesitleri, foliküler çevresinde görüldü. Ancak tiroid bezi içinde ganglion hücresine rastlanmadı . Gomori'nin gümüşleme yöntemi ile foliküller arasında görülen siyah renkli retiküler fibriller bir ağ görünümündeydi. Ayrıca bu yöntemle parafoliküler hücre granülleri de siyah boyandı. Farklı gümüşleme yöntemleri sayesinde sinir fibrilleri ile retiküler fibrillerin ayrımı yapıldı.
Innervation of rat thyroid gland was examined under the light microscope. No histologic difference was found between sexes. Ganglions which belong to n. laryngeus superior and n. laryngeus recurrens were detected at sections taken from isthmus level and the upper part of thyroid gland lobes. Bielschowsky 's and Holmes 'silver stain method were used in order to demonstrate axons. Axon sections dyed in black were observed around the follicles. But ganglion cells were not detected in the thyroid gland. Reticular fibers dyed with Gomori's silver method were observed as network shapes placed among follicles. By this method, granules of parafollicular cells were also dyed black. Using different silver methods, nerve fibers were separated from reticular fibers.
