İvesi koyunlarında flushing ve sinkronizasyon uygulamalarının döl verimi üzerine etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, İvesi ırkı koyunlarda flushing ve östrus sinkronizasyonu uygulamasının döl verimi üzerine olan etkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırmada 60 baş İvesi koyunu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadaki koyunlar yaş kompozisyonlarının aynı oranda olması sağlanacak şekilde 4 eşit gruba rast gele dağıtılmıştır. Buna göre araştırmanın I. grubundaki koyunlara normal besleme ve sinkronizasyon uygulanarak tohumlama yapılmış, II. gruptaki koyunlara normal besleme programı uygulanarak tohumlama yapılmış, III. Gruptaki koyunlara flushing ve sinkronizasyon uygulanarak tohumlama yapılmış, IV. Gruptaki koyunlara ise flushing besleme programı uygulanarak direk tohumlama yapılmıştır. Sinkronizasyon amacıyla 14 gün süreyle 40 mg FGA (Fluorogestone acetate) içeren vaginal sünger ve 500 IÜ. PMSG uygulanmıştır. Flushing uygulamasına sıfat dönemine 4 hafta kala başlanmış; ilk 2 hafta koyun başına 600 g kuru ot, 650 g karma yem ve 100 g arpa kırması, aşımdan 1 hafta önceden 2 hafta sonraya kadar ise arpa kırması 450 grama çıkarılmıştır. Bu araştırmada, koyunlarda östrus, doğum, doğan kuzu, çoklu doğum oranları ve doğum başına düşen kuzu sayıları gruplarda sırasıyla I. grupta % 100, 86.67, 126.67, 46.15 ve 1.46; II. grupta % 93.33, 86.67, 106.70, 23.08 ve 1.23; III. Grupta % 93.33, 80.00, 140.00, 58.33 ve 1.75 ve IV. Grupta %100, 86.67, 113.33, 30.76 ve 1.31 olarak bulunmuştur. Koç altı koyun sayısına göre östrus gösterenlerin oranı (P>0.05), doğan kuzu oranı (P>0.05) ve doğuran koyun sayısına göre tek ve çoklu doğan kuzu oranları (P>0.05) bakımından gruplar arası farklar istatistiksel olarak önemli bulunmamıştır. Sinkronizasyon uygulaması ile kuzulama süresi 34 günden (II. grupta) 21 güne (I. grupta); flushing ve sinkronizasyon uygulaması ile 32 günden (IV. Grup) 18 güne (III. Grup) düşmüştür.

The purpose of this study was investigated the effects of estrus synchronization and flushing on reproduction of İvesi ewes. At the study, 60 Awassi ewes were used. Material was divided in to 4 groups, each group consist of same age ratio. In first group, ewes were applied synchronization and normal feed, in second group, ewes were normal fed and mated, in third group were applied synchronization and flushing and forth group, were flushing and fertilized to mate. For synchronization, a vaginal sponge containing 40 mg FGA (Fluoro gestation acetate) was placed into the vagina, and 500 I.U. PMSG was intramuscularly applied for 14 d. 4 weeks before mating, 600g forage, 650 g concentrate in addition to 100 g barley were given for each ewe for 3 wk, a week before and 2 weeks after mating, ewes were fed diet containing an increased amount of barley up to 450 g per ewe. Estrus and parturition rates of ewes, number of lambs, twin birth, number of lambs Per litter rates in first group were, 100, 86.67, 126.80, 46.15 and 1. 46 % respectively, in second group were 93.33, 86.67, 106.70, 23.08 and 1.23 % respectively, in third group were 93.33, 80.00, 140.00, 58.33 and 1.75 % respectively, in fourth group were 100, 86.67, 113.33, 30.76 and 1.23 % respectively. The rate of ewes showed estrus to mated ewes (P>0.05) and the rate of lamb numbers to estrus ewes (P>0.05) were not found statistically important between groups. Lambing season was decreased from 34 days (II. groups) to 21 days (I. groups) with synchronization and was decreased from 32 days (IV. groups) to 18 days (III. groups) with synchronization and flushing.
