Abstract
Bu çalışmada Denizli horozu ve tavuğu (Gallus gallus domesticus) ile sülün (Phasianus colchisus) sirinkslerinde bağ dokusu fibrillerinin dağılımı ve düzenlenmelerinin belirlenmesi amaçlandı. Bu amaçla 4’er adet erişkin Denizli horozu ve tavuğu ile dişi ve erkek sülünlerden alınan sirinksler materyal olarak kullanıldı. Denizli horozunda kollagen fibrillerin Lateral Timpanik Membran lamina propriasından submukozaya doğru geniş bir alanda kalın demetler halinde olduğu; özellikle tunika serozaya yakın submukozada çok daha sıkı biçimde yerleşim gösterdikleri saptandı. Medial Timpanik Membran lamina propriasında kollagen fibrillere nazaran daha geniş bir alanda kalın fibriller şeklinde yerleşim gösteren elastik fibrillerin Denizli tavuğunda submukozaya doğru daha yoğun biçimde düzenlendikleri gözlendi. Erkek sülünlerde Lateral Timpanik Membrana ait lamina propriada, bronşiyal kıkırdak halkalar arasında ve pessulus lateralindeki lamina propriada kollagen fibrillerin sıkı biçimde bir araya gelerek ince demetler oluşturduğu gözlendi.
Distribution of Connective Tissue Fibrils in The Syrinxes of Denizli Cock and Chicken (Gallus Gallus Domesticus) and Pheasant (Phasianus Colchisus) This study aimed to determine the distribution and arrangement of connective tissue fibrils in Denizli cock and chicken (Gallus gallus domesticus) and pheasant (Phasianus colchisus) syrinxes. For this purpose, the syrinxes of adult Denizli cock and chicken, and female and male pheasant, each of which consisted of four individuals, were used as the material. The collagen fibrils in the Denizli cock consisted of thick bundles from the underside of Lateral Tympanic Membrane epithelium to deep connective tissue within a broad area. They were tightly arranged in especially deep parts of the connective tissue. It was observed that elastic fibrils found as the thick fibrils in a wider area than collagen fibrils under epithelium in Medial Tympanic Membrane were densely arranged towards the deep of Lateral Tympanic Membrane the connective tissue in Denizli chicken. It was seen that the collagen fibrils under the epithelium, between the bronchial cartilage rings and under the epithelium in the lateral side of the pessulus in male pheasants brought together tightly to form fine bundles.
