Abstract
The chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy is a periferic nerve disease which developed by results of otoimmun process. The clinical presentation and progression could be various. Generally, It starts with weakness in upper and lower extremities, paresthesia and spontaneous pain. There are motor weakness of extremities and loss of deep tendon reflexes in almost all patients. Sensorial symptoms and facial paralysis may accompany to another syptoms. CIDP’s relation with cancers known for a long time. In this article, we present a female patient case report with CIDP which was detected and delayed diagnosis and treatment despite of motor and sensorial syptoms, neurological deficits and neuropathic pain because of only concentreate to breast canser treatment.
