Değişik düzeylerde vit. a ve vit. e içeren rasyonlarla beslenen koçların sperma verimi ve özellikleri üzerinde araştırmalar

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effects of supplement of Vitamin A and Vitamin E on the spermatological properties of rams which were fiue groups. One of them was control. The others were different test groups whose relations had different amounts of Vitamin A and Vitamin E. In each group there were three 2·2.6 years old rams, loyalty 15 rams were used. The semen were obtained from rums fed by prepared rulion for 2.5 months and spermatological properties were determined. Based on obtained results, it was found that the rams fed by supplemented 60 mg. Vitamin E had better spernıatological properties than the control and the others.

Rasyonlara ilave edilen \/it. A ve Vit. E'nin koçların spermatolojik özelliklerine etkisini araştırmak amacıyla yapılan bu çalışmada biri kontrol, dördü de değişik düzeylerde Vit. A ve Vit. E içeren deneme grubu olmak üzere toplam .5 grupta 3'erden 15 adet 2-2.5 yaşlı Merinos koçu kullanıldı. Rasyonlarda 2.5 ay süreyle beslenen koçların spermaları alındı ve spermatolojik özellikleri saptandı. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, kilogramında 60 mg. Vit. E içeren rasyonla beslenen koçların spermalolojik özelliklerinin kontrol ve diğer deneme gruplarına nazaran daha iyi bulunduğu tespit edildi.
