Koyunlarda östrus sinkronizasyonu ve sun'i tohumlama saha çalışmaları II

Abstract

Araştırmada materyal olarak 14'ü emziren ( 1. grup), 15'i de kuru dönemde (2. grup) toplam 29 koyun ve 2 koç kullanıldı. Koyunlara 12 gün süre ile 40 mg Flugestone acetate içeren vajinal sünger (OVAKRON) uygulandı. Süngerler geri alındığında her koyuna . 600 IU PMSG enjekte edildi. İki grupta östrus gösterenlerin oranı % 100 bulundu. Koyunlar 0.2 cm3 taze sperma verilerek servikal yolla tohumlandı. 40 gün içinde geri dönmeyen koyunlar gebe olarak kabul edildi ve gebelik oranı emziren koyunlarda % 92.8, kurudaki koyunlarda ise % 86.6 bulundu.

In this research 14 in suckling and 15 in dry period total of 29 ewes and two rams were used. Ewes were applied 40 mg flugestone acetate containing vaginal sponges (OVAKRON) for 12 days. Each ewe was injected with 600 lU PMSG on the withdrawal day. The rate of ewes which shown estrus was 100 % for both groups. Ewes were inseminated cervically with 0.2 cm3 fresh semen and were accepted as conceived if they were not shown estrus signs after 40 days. The conception rate was found as 928 % in suck/ing and 86.6 % in dry period ewes.
