Abstract
Cryptococcosis is an infection which occurs with Cryptococcus neoformans that is an encapsulated yeast-like fungus. lt is mostly a subacute or a chronic disease that is thought to be seen in the respiratory tract first and then spread by hematogenously. Cryptococcal cellulitis is an uncommon cutaneous manifestation of generalized disease. It may occur in up to 10-15 % of patients with disseminated cryptococcosis. At all reported cases, because of various diseases, immunosuppressive treatment was applied. In our case corticosteroids had been used for Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. If these patients have sellülitis and don't respond to antibiotic therapy, it makes us think that they will have cryptococcal sellülitis.
