Abstract
Bu çalışmada 8 mesane kanserli hastadan direkt kromozom analizi yöntemi ile sitogenetik değerlendirme yapılarak tümör hücrelerindeki karyotipik değişiklikler araştırıldı. Tümörlerin hepsinde gerek sayısal gerekse yapısal kromozom kusurları saptandı. Sayısal kusurların genellikle near triploidi ve near tetraploidi şeklinde olduğu belirlendi. Yapısal kusurların ise kırık, delesyon, translokasyon ve ring kromozomu şeklinde olduğu gözlendi. Yapılan karyoliplerde A1q-, A2p-, q-, A3P-, q-, B4q+, B5p-, q-, D13P + ve G21r marker kromozomlar belirlendi.
In this study a cytogenetic evaluation of karyotypic changes of tumor cells was made by using chromosome analysis method for 8 patients with bladder cancer. It has determined that all tumor cells have structural and numerical chromosome defects. The numerical chromosome defects were in the form of near triploid and near tetraploid. The structural chromosome defects, breaks, deletions, translocations and in the form of ring chromosomes. In these investigated karyotypes A1q-, A2p-, q-, A3P-, q-, B4q+, B5p-, q-, D13P + ve G21r marker chromosomes are observed.
