Tavuklarda bakır noksanı diyetle beslemenin aorta duvarında oluşturduğu yapısal değişiklikler

Abstract
Beslenmede bakır noksonlığınm orteriyosikleroz oluşumu üzerine etki llerini incelemek amacıyla yapılan bu çalışmada, 40 adet Izobrown Lohmann günlük civciv kullanıldı. 5 oy süreyle, en az bakır içeren ve de ney grubunda bakır ilavesi yapılmamış rosyonla beslenen civcivlerin aor tolanndon 3., 4. ve 5. aylar sonunda alman porçalar yapısol özellikler açısından incelendiler. Alman aorta örneklerinde makroskobik olarak bir değişiklik gözlen lmedi. Yapılan mikroskobik incelemeler sonucunda, aorta duvan twıika in timo katmanının kalınlaştığı, duvon öşeyen endotel hücrelerinin kübikleş tiği, endotel hücreleri arasmda makrofujiarın bulunduğu ve endotel altında ki düz kas hücre miktannm arttığı saptandı. Tunika mediyoda ise, elastik membraniann yer yer kopuntuya uğradıklan, elastik ipiliklerin bu bölgellerde yoğunlaştığı ve membranlar orasında içieri belirsiz materyallerle dolu fokal boşluklann bulunduğu tesbit edildi.
In this study one-day old 40 lsobrown-Lolımann breed of chicks were used to investigate the effects of copper deficiency on the fonnation of arteriosclerosis. Chicks were fed with a special ration for five montlıs. The mineral mixtures of treated group had no copper whereas control group had some within their rations. Aorta sanıpfes from the clıicks were taken at tlıe end of tlıe Jrd, 4th and 5th montlıs and examined to detennine tlıe stnıctural differences. There were no macroscopic changes on the aortas. The changes found at the microscopic examinations of tlıe wall of oortas were as follow: tunica intima layer was thickened, tlıe cells of endoth lial layer became cubically shaped, macrophages were seen between the nd tlı lial cells, amoımt of tlıe snıootlı muscle cells beneatlı tlıe endotlıelial layer increased, focal breaks were apparent in the elastic Iamellae of tunica media and elastic fibres became danse at these areas, focal cavities contained wıknown materials were present between elastic lamellae.
