Farklı açılardan hadiste ziyâde meselesi

Abstract

Hadislerde görülen ilâveler, hadis usûlünde “ziyâdetü’s-sikât” ifadesi kapsamında ele alınanlardan ibaret değildir. Ziyâde lafızların Hz. Peygamber’e ait olup olmaması dikkate alınırsa konu, “Sahih Olmayan Ziyâde ve Sahih Ziyâde” ana başlıkları altında incelenebilir. Sahih olmayan ziyâdeler zapt açısından zayıf râvî’nin kusuru, âdil olmayan râvî’nin uydurması ve rivâyet hatası sebebiyle meydana gelen idrâc kapsamında incelenebilir. Bunların her biri metindeki problem nedeniyle sıhhat şartını taşımayan hadislerdir. Hadis âlimleri tarafından “Sikanın Ziyâdesi” başlığı altında işlenerek sahih kabul edilen ziyâde lafızlar ise, bazı âlimlerin itirazına rağmen belli şartlar çerçevesinde sahih sayılmaktadırlar.

Additions in hadiths, isn’t consisting of things that is mentioned in the hadith methodology within the term of ziyâdetu’s-sikat (Addition of Truthful Narrators). If we analyze the additions in point of it belongs to prophet, we can talk about it in two different headlines; the authentic addition and non- authentic addition. The additions which isn’t authentic, could be studied in the frame of “idrâc” that is occurred for a mistake of weak minded narrator or for addition by a truthful narrator and for a narration mistake. Each of these aren’t authentic hadiths because of the problem with their texts. The ziyadat (Addition words) which the hadith scholars study within the title “the truthful narrator’s addition”, and accept them authentic, in spite of the objections of some authors, are accepted authentic with certain conditions.
