Râşid halifelerin sünneti” kavramı ve nebevî sünnet ile ilişkisi

Abstract

Raşid halifeler dönemi, ashabın halifeler öncülüğünde nebevî sünneti sonraki nesillere aktarma görevini ifa ettikleri sürecin ismidir. Dönemin işlevi, basit anlamda bilgi taşıma ve aktarımı olmayıp “sünnet” kelimesinin mahiyetiyle örtüşür nitelikte bir sonraki neslin, davranıştan düşünceye nebevî asırda ortaya çıkan ilk örneğe uygun biçimde sosyalleştirilmesini ve bu yönde bir geleneğin oluşturulmasını ifade eder. Sünnetin inşa süreci içerisinde yer alması bakımından kurucu asır niteliğindeki bu asrın anlaşılması, doğru bir sünnet tasavvuru için gereklidir. Dönemin sahip olduğu bu konumun tespitinde ve söz konusu işlevin görülürken nasıl bir yetkiyle hareket edildiğinin kavranmasında, Hz. Peygamber’in dönemin yöneticileri hakkında kullandığı “raşid halifelerin sünneti” ifadesi anahtar role sahiptir.

The period of Rashid caliphates is the name of the process which the Ashabs, under the leadership of the caliphs, were performing the task of conveying the Nebevî Sunnah to the next generations. The function of the period is not only the conveyance and transmission of information, but also the formation of a tradition in the nature of the word "Sunnah". With this perspective, the next generation is socialized in accordance with this first example. This period of time is also centered on establishing the correct Sunnah foundation. Hence, the key word to understand the importance of this period is that what prophet said “the Sunnah of Rashid caliphates”. This words of prophet played a crucial role for the foundation of this period.
