Abstract
Yapılan 21 Serklaj operationu anlatılmış, Bunlarda yaş ortalaması 26,5 dir. Müdahale yapılan hastaların %76,2’i 24-29 yaş arasında bulunuyordu. En çok tespit edilen bulgu Servikal Kanalın parmak girişine müsait oluşu idi. Hastaların 2 tanesinde Proflaktik diğerlerinde Terapötik olarak serklaj yapılmıştır. Hastalardan % 84,3’ü spontan doğurmuştur. Doğum başlama zamanı ortalama 39.haftadır. Serklajdan evvel 62 gebelikten % 12, 9 yaşayan çocuk bulunduğu halde 19 Serklajdan sonra çocukların %94,7’si yaşamıştır.
Twenty-one cervical insufficiency operations have been discussed. The average age of the patients was 26 ,5. 76, 2 % of the patients operated were between the ages of 24- 29. The most common finding concerning the insufficiency was the anterance of a finger into the cervical canal . Two of the operations performed were for the profilactic purposes and the rest was therapeutic average time of delivery was thirty- nine weeks. It has been found that before the cerclage operations the live born infant percantage was 12, 9 % in 62 pregnancies and after the operations this number was 94,7 % in nine-teen pregnancies.
