Abstract
Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı (MEB) FATİH Projesi kapsamında Eğitim Bilişim Ağı (EBA) adıyla tüm öğretmen ve öğrencilerin ücretsiz olarak kullanabileceği bir eğitim platformu sunmaktadır. EBA öğretmen ve öğrencilere müfredata uygun e-içerik sunan, eğitimdeki yenilikleri takip edebilme imkânı sunan fonksiyonel bir sitedir. Çalışmada öğretmen, öğrenci ve velilerin EBA'dan ne sıklıkla faydalandıklarını ölçmenin yanında EBA'ya olan bakış açılarını görebilmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma 2017-2018 eğitim öğretim döneminde Bursa ilinin rastgele seçilen 5 ilçesinde, Fatih Projesi uygulanan MEB'na bağlı üç farklı kademeden (ilkokul, ortaokul ve lise) rastgele seçilen 14 adet okulda uygulanmış ve bu okullarda çalışan 321 öğretmen, öğrenim gören 376 öğrenci ve aynı okullarda öğrencisi olan 193 veli gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak EBA Kullanım Sıklığının Belirlenmesi için hazırlanan anketler kullanılmıştır. Anketlere gönüllülük esasına göre katılım sağlanmış, elde edilen verilerin betimsel ve içerik analizi yapılarak sonuca ulaşılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler IBM SPSS Statistics 24 Programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Betimsel istatistiklerde frekans, yüzde değerleri kullanılmıştır.
The Ministry of National Education offers an educational platform that all teachers and students can use free of charge under the title of Educational Information Network (EBA) within the scope of FATİH Project. EBA is a functional site that offers curriculum-friendly econtent to teachers and students, and provides the opportunity to follow the innovations in education. The aim of the study is to see how often teachers, students, and parents benefit from EBA, as well as to view EBA perspective. This study is a research on the opinions of teachers, parents and students regarding the use of EBA. The study was carried out in five randomly chosen provinces of Bursa Province in the academic year of 2017-2018. 321 teachers working at 14 randomly selected schools, 376 students studying in these schools and 193 parents who were students at the same schools participated in the research voluntarily in three different stages (Primary, Secondary and High School) applied Fatih Project. Questionnaires prepared for "Determination of EBA Usage Fluency" were used as data collection tool. Volunteer participation was provided to the questionnaires and descriptive and content analysis of the obtained data was achieved. The obtained data was analyzed by IBM SPSS Statistics 24 Program. In descriptive statistics, frequency, percentage values are used.
