Aygır ve merkeplerde spermatolojik özellikler

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, aygır ve merkeplerde kimi spermatolojik özelliklerin araştırılmasıdır. Materyal olarak on safkan İngiliz aygın ve üç adet merkep kullanıldı. Alınan ejakülatlarda hacim, pH, spermatozoon yoğunluğu, motilite, ölü, anormal ve akrozomu defektli spennatozoon yüzdeleri aygırlarda sırasıyla 47.5 cm3, 6.96, 50.5x10 6/cm3, % 69.5, % 22.7, % 21.7 ve % 1.4; merkeplerde 71.6 cm3, 6.83, 40.6x10 6/cm3, % 70.0, % 31.5, % 19.0 ve % 0.33 olarak bulunmuştur.Bunun yanısıra prepusyal yıkantı sıvılarının yapılan mikrobiyolojik muayenelerinde aygırlarda Enterabaeter spp., Staph. aureus, Bacillus subtilis, maya; merkeplerde Staph. aureus, Bacillus subtilis bulunmuştur.

The aim of this study is to examine the spermatological characteristics of stallions and donkeys. Ten purebred English stallions and three donkeys were used as materials. Ejaculate volume, pH, spermatozoon concentration, motility and percentages of dead, abnormal and acrosome defected spermatozoon values found 47.5 cm3, 6.96, 50.5x10 6/cm, % 69.5, % 22.7, % 21.7 and: 1.4 for stallions; 71.6 cm3, 6.83, 40.6x10 6/cm, % 70.0, % 31.5, % 19.0 and % 0.33 for donkeys respectively. In addition for microbiological examination preputial flushing were made. In stallions Enterobacter spp., Staph. aureus, Bacillus subtilis and yeast; in donkeys Staph. aureus and Bacillus subtilis were found.
