Abstract

On günlük bir erkek çocuğunda idrar yapma zorluğu yanında böbrek işlevlerinin bozukluğu, genel durum düşkünlüğü ve sepsis tablosu ile kendini gösteren "tip I posterior üretral valv dolgusu ve cerrahi tedavi sonrasındaki mükemmel klinik iyileşme sunulmuştur.A ten days old male infant with poor body condition, impaired kidney functions, sepsis and micturition disorders was diagnosed as type I posterior urethral valv case. In this case report also the excellent prognosis of the patient after the operation is presented.
