13 Yaşında bir erkek çocukta otoeritrosit duyarlılığı sendromu

Abstract

Otoeritrosit Duyarlılığı Sendromu saptanan 13 yaşında bir erkek çocuğu takdim edilmiştir. Çok üzüldüğü bir olaydan sonra vücudunda tekrarlayan ağrılı ekimozlar çıkması nedeniyle kliniğimize başvuran hastanın fizik muayenesinde gövde ve bacaklarda etrafı eritemli, değişik irilikle ağrılı ekimozlar saptandı. Yapılan tüm hemostaz testleri normal bulundu. Otolog eritrosit süspansiyonu ile yapılan deri testi pozitif idi.

A thirteen year old boy in whom the autoerythrocyte sensitivity syndrome has been diagnosed has been presented. The reason why the patient applied was the recurrent painful ecchymosis after going through an emotional trauma. During the physical examination painful ecchymosis of different sizes and surrounded by erythema on the main body and legs have been observed. The results of all the tests performed were found to be normal. Skin test applied through autolog erythrocyte suspension was positive.
