Abstract
Araştırmanın 39. gününde her bir gruptan rastgele seçilen 9 kuzudan alınan kan örnekleri alyuvar (RBC), hemoglobin (Hb), hematokrit (PCV), ortalama alyuvar hacmi (OAH), ortalama alyuvar hemoglobini (OAHb), ortalama alyuvar hemoglobin yoğunluğu (OAHbY), glutatyon (GSH), plazma potasyum ve sodyum (PK ve PNa), alyuvar potasyum ve sodyum (EK ve ENа),tüm kan potasyum ve sodyum (TKK ve TKNa) yönlerinden incelendi.
In this study, 45 Karayaka lambs (male) divided into 3 groups were used as a material. First and second groups were fed on ground and unground concentrate feed with alfalfa hay, but last group was only fed on unground compound feed during fattening period. On the 39 th day of the study, blood samples of nine animals randomly selected from each group were analyzed for erythrocyte (RBC), hemoglobin (Hb), haematocrit (PCV), mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH), mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC), glutathione (GSH), plasma potassium and sodium (PK and PNa), erythrocyte potassium and sodium (EK and ENа), whole blood sodium and potassium. At the end of the study, Hb and MCHC values of group III (8.86 g/100ml and % 26.50) were lower than group I (10.61 g/100 ml and % 34.19) (p<0.05). No statistically important difference was observed in other blood parameters among the groups. As a result, it was expected that feeding with different forms of compound feed effect some blood parameters.
