Maya kültürünün (saccharomyces cerevisiae) süt sığırlarında bazı kan parametreleri ve süt verimine etkisi

Abstract
Araştırmada 3 ile 4 yaşlı 6 baş Esmer ve 18 baş Holştayn süt ineği kullanıldı. Sütçü inekler kontrol ve deneme olarak 12 'şer başlık 2 gruba ayrıldı. Her iki gruptaki hayvanların süt verimi ile yaş ve ırk yönünden benzer olmalarına dikkat edildi. Çalışma 10 hafta sürdü. Bütün hayvanlar konsantre yem ve bezelye silajı ile beslendi. Deneme grubunun konsantre yemine hayvan başına 10 gün düzeyinde Saccharomyces cerevisiae (S. C) canlı maya kültürü katıldı. Sığırlardan denemenin 1,30. ve 60. günlerinde alınan kan örnekleri hematokrit (PCV), hemoglobin (Hb), alyuvar (RBC). ortalama alyuvar hacmi (OAH), ortalama alyuvar hemoglobini (OAHb), ortalama alyuvar hemoglobin yogunlugu (OAHbY), plazma sodyum - potasyumu (PNa-PK), alyuvar sodyum - potasyumu (ENa-EK) ve glutatyon yönlerinden incelendi. Deneme süresince kontrol ve deneme gruplarında benzer değerler bulundu. Ayrıca hayvanların haftalık süt verimleri belirlenerek kayıt altına alındı. Süt verimleri de gruplarda deneme süresince benzer bulundu. Sonuç olarak süt sığırı rasyonlarına canlı maya kültürü ilave edilmesinin bazı kan parametreleri üzerine olumsuz bir etkisinin olmadığı söylenebilir.
In this study, three or four year old six Turkish Brown and eighteen Holstein dairy cows were used as research material. Cows were equally divided into two groups, control and treatment. The similarity of the milk productions, ages and breeds of animals were taken into consideration. The study lasted ten weeks. All animals were fed on concentrate and peas silage. Ten gram Saccharomyces cerevisiae (SC.) viable yeast culture per animal was daily added to the concentrate feed of the treatment group. On the first, 301h and 60 days of the study, blood sarnples taken fromjugular vein were analyzedfor hernatoerit (PCV), hemoglobin (Hb),red blood cell (RBC), mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH), mean corpuscular haemoglobin concentration (MCHC), plasma sodium-potassium (PNa-PK), erythrocyte sodium potassium values (ENa-EK) and glutathione. At the end of the study. no statistically differences were found between control and treatment groups in blood parameters. In both groups, weekly, mi/k production were recorded. Also no significant differences were found in milk production. As a result, it was concluded that· adding of S.C. viable yeast culture to dairy cows rations may not have any harmful effect on some blood parameters.
