Abstract
Bu çalışma, soya fasulyesinin Fe ile beslenme durumuna yapraktan uygulanan değişik bileşiklerin etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Sera denemesi, tesadüf parsellerinde 3 tekrarlamalı faktöriyel deneme desenine göre kurulmuş ve topraklara 3 farklı düzeyde (% 0, 10 ve 20) tarım kireci karıştırılmıştır. Araştırmada 3 farklı dozda FeSO4.7H2O’ın (0, 15 ve 30 mg Fe kg-1) topraktan uygulandığı bitkilere 0.01 N ve 0.001 N olmak üzere 2 farklı konsantrasyonda H2SO4 yapraktan verilmiştir. FeEDDHA, % 0.2 (w/v); FeSO4.H2O % 1 (w/v) pH 7 ve FeSO4.7H2O % 1 (w/v) pH 3 çözeltileri yapraktan olmak üzere 4 defa uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada diğer konulara göre yapraktan FeSO4.7H2O verilmesi soya fasulyesinin toplam ve aktif Fe içeriğini en fazla artıran uygulama olurken, topraktan FeSO4.7H2O ile yapraktan H2SO4’ın kombine edildiği uygulamalarda belirgin bir etki görülmemiş, ancak H2SO4’ın 0.01 N konsantrasyonunun, 0.001 N konsantrasyonundan daha etkili olduğu belirlenmiştir. FeEDDHA ise yapraktan FeSO4.7H2O ve topraktan FeSO4.7H2O ile yapraktan H2SO4 uygulamaları arasında bir etkinlik göstermiştir.
This study was conducted to determine the effects of foliar spray of the different compounds on Fe nutrition of soybean. A greenhouse experiment was implemented in factorial design in randomized plots experimental design with three replication and lime was mixed into the soil at three level (% 0, 10 and 20). In the research, FeSO4.7H2O was applied to the soil at the rates of 0, 15 and 30 mg Fe kg-1. 0.01 N and 0.001 N H2SO4 were sprayed four times on the plants of soil applied FeSO4.7H2O. As foliar treatment; FeEDDHA, 0.2 % (w/v); FeSO4.7H2O 1 % (w/v) pH 7and FeSO4.7H2O 1 % (w/v) pH 3 were sprayed four times on the plants. Application of FeSO4.7H2O through the leaves most increased both total and active Fe concentrations in the plants. Combination of soil applied FeSO4.7H2O and foliar spray of H2SO4 did not show valuable effect on the Fe fractions in the plants. But, 0.01 N concentration of H2SO4 was found to be more effective than 0.001 N H2SO4. The effect of FeEDDHA on the measured parameters in the experiment was intermediate between those of foliar spray of FeSO4.7H2O and soil applied FeSO4.7H2O with spray of H2SO4.
