Abstract
Bu çalışmada, ülkemizin zeytin üretim alanlarında yaygın olarak kullanılmayan ve üreticimiz tarafından benimsenmeye çalışılan, “mekanik titreşimli (sarsıntılı) zeytin hasat makinasının” performans değerleri saptanmış ve elle hasat yöntemiyle karşılaştırılmıştır. Yapılan çalışma sonucunda, zeytinin el ile hasadında ortalama 21,91 kg/adam h’lik kapasite değeri, makine ile hasadında ise ortalama 147,91 kg/h’lik kapasite değeri bulunmuştur. Ayrıca, makina ile hasatta birim ürün başına maliyet 0,023 $/kg olarak belirlenirken, bunun el ile hasadında 0,150 $/kg gibi yüksek bir değere çıktığı belirlenmiştir.
In this study, it was established the performance values of the mechanical vibration olive harvester that was not commonly used in olive producing areas in our country and considered by growers, and it was compared by the hand harvest method. At the end of the study, it was roughly found capacity 21,91 kg/ h man and 147,91 kg/ h man by the hand and machine, respectively. Furthermore, while it was determined as 0,023 $/kg per unit crop cost in harvest with machine, it was reached as 0,150 $/kg to an high cost at the hand harvest of olive.
