Abstract
Araştırma Uludağ Üniversitesi'nde öğrenim gören ve ana kütle hacmi 30.000 olan topluluktan basit tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemine göre 1.500 örnek seçilmiştir. Veriler Systat programı yardımı ile değerlendirilmiştir. Değerlendirilen 1353 öğrencinin 650'si kız, 703'ü erkek olup, öğrencilerin % 93.94'nün anne sütü emdiği, % 67.1 7'sinin 0-12 ay arası süt emdiği ortaya çıkmıştır. 1353 öğrencinin % 76. 1 2'si ortalama 5.908 bardaki gün süt içtiği, 1353 öğrencinin % 73.96'sı peynir, % 47. 72'si sütlü tatlı, % 51.57'si yoğurt,% 51.44'ü tereyağı, % 49.02'si 100-400 ayran ve% 40.62'si 100-400 g/hafta dondurma tükettiğini bildirmiştir. Sonuç olarak, öğrencilerin süt ve süt ürünlerini bilinçli olarak, özellikle çocuklukta kemik ve beyin gelişimine faydası olduğu için tüketildiğini, beslenmelerinde başta süt ve peynir olmak üzere diğer ürünleri tükettikleri görülmüştür.
1500 sample subjects were selected from a population of students who were being educated in Uludağ University with a main mass volume of 30.000 by simple random sampling. Among 1353 students evaluated 650 were female, 703 were ma/e. Among these 93.94% were fed with mother milk and 67.17 % had mother milk between 0-12 months of age. Among 1353 students 76.12% had drunk 5.908 glass of milk/day, 73.96% had eaten cheese, 47.72% milky sweets, 51.57% had yogurt, 51.44 %had butter, 49.02% had ayran, 40.62 had 100-400 g ice cream week. As a result, it was came into conclusion that students had milk and milk products consciously especially because they were usefıd for bone and brain development in childhood. Among the milk products they especially preferred milk and cheese.
