Erişkinde multiple juvenil polipozis

Abstract

Multiple juvenil polipozis çoğunlukla çocuklarda nadir olarakta erişkinlerde görülen iyi huylu tümörlerdir. Hastalarda rektal kanama, ishal ve karın ağrıları en fazla görülen şikayetlerdir. Poliplerin büyüklüğü 1 mm ile 3 cm arasında değişebilir. Büyük polipler saplı küçükler isei sesil oluşumlardır. Mikroskopik olarak bütün polipler birbirlerine benzer. Poliplerin yüzey epitelleri tek katlı olup stroma, bağ dokusundan oluşmuştur. Stromada popiller formasyon göstermeyen bazıları kistik genişlemeler yapmış gudde yapıları ile iltihabi hücre infiltrasyonu mevcuttur. Olgumuz 4 yaşında erkek hasta olup tam kolonu tutan 0.3-2 cm büyüklüklerde polipe oluşumlar mevcuttu. Bunların mikroskopik görünümleri ise juvenil poliplerle uyumludur.Multiple juvenil polyposis are benign tumours that are seen mostly in children than adults. The common symptoms in patients are rectal bleeding, diarrhea, and abdominal pain. The polyps ranged from 1 mm. to 3 cm. in size. The larger polyps tended to be pedunculated while the smaller polpyps were sessile. Microscopically, all the polyps were similar. The superficial epithelium of the polyp was composed of a single layer and stroma occurs with connective tissue. There are different sized glandüler structures that are without papillary formation and inflammatory infiltration in tumours stroma. Some of the glands are cystically dilated. Our patients was 41 years old man who had been multiple polyps that were from 0.3 cm to 2 cm in his colon. Their microscopic appearance were as same as juvenile polyps.
