Abstract
Amasya - Merzifon ilçesi Nârince köyünde bulunan Âbide Hâtun Câmii, Merzifonlu Kara Mustafa Paşa tarafından annesi adına 1680 tarihinde yaptırılmıştır. Dikdörtgen planlı ve kuzeyde buna eklenmiş son cemaat yeri olan cami, tuğla almaşıklı taş duvarlar üzerine ahşap çatı ile örtülüdür. Sade olmakla birlikte eğimli bir tepe üzerinde olmasından heybetli bir görünüme sahip olan cami, geçirdiği depremler sonrası onarımlar görmüş ve esas planı bozmayacak değişimlere uğramıştır. Ahşap tavan üzerinde bulunan kalemişi süslemelerdeki onarımlara bağlı değişimler, mimari tarihimizdeki üslup gelişmelerini göstermesi bakımından önemlidir. Câmi hâlen kullanıma açıktır.
Âbide Hâtun Mosque which is in Nârince village in the country of Merzifon-Amasya, was built in 1680 by Merzifonlu Kara Mustafa Pacha in the name of his mother. The mosque, rectangular planned and in the North the last prayers place added to this plan, is covered with wooden roof above brick alternated stone walls. The Mosque, has a simple but for located on a sloping hill, a tremendous appearance, has had some restorations after the earthquakes it had and had some alterations which didn’t effect the main plan. The alterations connected with the restorations on the hand-carved garnish that are on the wooden ceiling, are important for showing the method developments in our architectural history. The mosque is still opened for worshipping.
