dc.description.abstractThe interrelations of Universities that is one of the institutions of education and instruction with the institutions of press and broadrasting. The fundomental functions of the universities are education and instruction. They englihten the society by means of scientific research and investigations; and the studies in the social, cultural, economic, health and sports fields. It can be announced to the people how and in which conditions these studies were realized. The institutions of press and broadcasting plays an effective role for announcing these servings to people.en_US
dc.description.abstractÜniversiteler öncelikle eğitim-öğretim hizmeti veren kurumlardır. Bilimsel araştırma ve incelemeleriyle, sağlık, spor, kültürel, sosyal ve ekonomik alanlardaki çalışmalarıyla da topluma hizmet götürmektedirler. Bu tür hizmetlerin hangi koşullarda, ne tür çalışmalarla gerçekleştirildiği halka duyurulabilir. Basın yayın kurumları bu hizmetlerin halka duyurulmasında etkin rol oynamaktadır.tr_TR
