Abstract
Bu çalışmada mağaza ekipmanları üreten bir firmanın üretim süreci analiz edilmiş, seçilmiş nihai ürün ve arı ürünler ile nihai ürünlerin yarı ürün bileşimleri ortaya konulmuş, ürün ağaçları ve makine varlığı belirlenip, geçmiş sal/ş değerlerinden hareketle geleceğe yönelik talep kestirimleri yapılmıştır. Bu verilerden hareketle firma için makine aylaklık/arını minimize eden bir Tamsayılı Doğrusal Hedef programlama modeli geliştirilmiştir. Bu modelle aynı zamanda üretim düzeyi en büyüklenmiş, her bir yarı üründen ve nihai üründen ne miktarda üretilmesi gerektiği belirlenip, kapasite kullanım oranları, atıl kapasiteler ve gereksinim duyulan işgücü saati belirlenmiştir.
In this study, the production process of a company that produces store equipment was analyzed, the selected final product and pure products and semi-product compositions of the final products were revealed, the product trees and machine assets were determined, and future demand estimations were made based on the past sal / sh values. Based on these data, an Integer Linear Goal programming model was developed for the company that minimizes machine idleness/bears. At the same time, with this model, the production level was maximized, the amount to be produced from each semi-product and the final product was determined, capacity utilization rates, idle capacities and required manpower hours were determined.
