dc.description.abstractAraştırmada doğal enfekte koyunlardaki Fasciola spp. ve mide-barsak nematodlarına Okzan (Oxfendazole + oxyclozanide; DİFAŞ) ve albendazole un (Valbazen; PFİZER) etkisi incelenmiştir. Bir balosunda 112 mg oxfendazole + 600 mg oxyclozanide içeren Okzar, 1 bolus/40 kg (2.8 mg/kg oxfendazole + 15 mg/kg oxyclozanide); albendazole ise 5 mg/kg ve 2.5 mg/kg. dozlarda kullanılmışlardır.Okzan uygulandığı dozda Fasciola türlerine % 97.33, mide barsak nematodlarına (Haemonchus contortus, Ostertagia spp. Trichostrongylus spp., Nematodirus spp., Bunostomum trigonocephalum, Oesophagostomum venulosum, Chabertia ovina, Trichuris spp.) % 99.96; albendazole, 5 mg/kg dozda Fasciola türlerine % 71.8, midebağırsak nematodlarının %· 99.96, 2.5 mg/kg "dozda .Fasciola türlerine % 60.2, mide-bağırsak nematodları% 99.88 etkili bulunmuştur. Tedaviden sonra 72 saat süreyle yapılan gözlemlerde koyunlarda olumsuz herhangi bir klinik belirti görülmemiştir.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractEfficacy of Okzan (oxfendazole + oxyclozanide; DI FA Ş) and albendazole (Valbazen.; PFIZER) were studied in sheep, naturally infected with Fasciola spp,and gastro-intestinal nematodes, under field conditions. Okzan was administered orally at a dose rate of 1 bolus/40 kg (2.8 mg/kg oxfendazole + 15 mg/kg oxyclozanide) body weight.The drug was found effective against Fasciola spp. (% 97,33) and gastro-intestinal nematodes (Haemonchus contortus, Ostertagia spp. Trichostrongylus spp, Nematodirus spp., Bunostomum trigonocephalum, Oesophagostomum. venulosum, Chabertia ovina, Trichuris sp.p.) (% 99.96). Albendazole was also given orally at the dose rates of 5 mg/kg and 2.5 mg/kg.tr_TR
